Admission Guidelines for Candidates
- 1. It is mandatory to bring the original documents along with the photocopies of all the necessary documents at the time of admission. If the candidate takes admission through online mode or is unable to produce the original documents at the time of admission, then the candidate should bring all his original documents within one month. Document verification will be mandatory.
- 2. Without document verification, the admission of the candidate will not be valid.
- 3. TC, MIGRATION and Gap certificates will have to be submitted in original. Photocopy will not be valid.
- 4. If the candidate wants to cancel the admission, then for this he will have to make an application to the Registrar, Radha Govind University, within 15 days from admission. Admission will be canceled on completion of process.
- 5. In case of cancellation of admission by a candidate, any admission fee/fees paid by him/her will not be refunded.
- 6. If a student wants to change his course or branch, then he can apply for it till 15 days of admission.
- 7. Candidate must have at least 75% attendance
- 8. While taking admission, the candidate will have to enter his/her mobile number, Whats-App number, and father’s mobile number. It is very important to fill the E-mail Id
- 9. If the candidate changes his mobile number/ E- mail Id for some reason after a few days of admission, then it will be the responsibility of the candidate to present his mobile number in writing to the Head of Department and Admission Office in the university.
- 10. The University reserves the right to deny admission to any candidate/applicant who seeks admission to any course of study, who is found to be indulging in any criminal, illegal or anti-social activities and whose presence is within the University premises. It will be detrimental to the peaceful atmosphere in the university.
- 11. A candidate whose qualifying examination is not recognized by a recognized Board/University will not be eligible for admission. All such applications/admissions are cancelled/cancelled.
- 12. The eligibility rules specified for each course will be strictly followed and will not be relaxed under any circumstances. The candidate should satisfy himself that he fulfills the prescribed eligibility requirements for admission to the concerned course of study
- 13. If the candidate is found misbehaving with anyone or indulging in any wrongdoing. If so, then the university administration will take the strictest action against that candidate.
- 14. RAGGING is banned in the University campus and is a punishable offence as per Radha Govind University Student’s Conduct and Discipline Rule. It is mandatory the student shall not take part in any form of ragging.
- 15. Any dispute with regard to any matter relating to admission in the University shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Local Courts at Chandausi, Sambhal ,(U.P.) and High Court of Judicature at, Prayagraj, (U.P.) only.
